New to Navigating Care? The Navigating Care patient portal is available through an invitation from your clinic. To ensure your account is linked with your clinic, sign up using the registration link in the Welcome email. it usually arrives within 48 hours of your clinic adding your email to their system. Consultants in Medical Oncology and Hematology (CMOH) is a leading medical oncology and hematology practice with three locations in Delaware, Montgomery and Chester County, Pennsylvania. For over 20 years, CMOH has been providing high quality care for patients with all types of cancer and hematological conditions. Our care is built on a unique model developed by Dr. John Sprandio, The Oncology Patient Centered Medical Home (OPCMH)®.

  • Communication- We believe in communication and back that up with a full patient portal and a system that allows you to talk to our patient coordinators whenever you have a problem.

Our hematologists and medical oncologists specialize in the diagnosis and management of cancers and blood diseases, including:

  • All adult solid cancers
  • Benign hematologic disorders
  • Hematologic malignancies, including acute and chronic leukemia, Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphoma, multiple myeloma, and myelodysplasia.
  • Coagulation disorders

• Navigating Care is an easy-to-navigate, secure web portal that provides access to your clinical information. You can view upcoming appointments, medication lists, test results, and clinical notes at your convenience. You can also review, save, and print your health information, as well as share your records with your family and caregivers. Using Navigating Care, you can send a message to your care team, and we will respond in a timely manner.
• Check the email address you provided during your registration process for a portal email with a registration link embedded or use the temporary login credentials provided to you by your clinic. With your portal account credentials, go to the upper right corner to sign in.
